Stevie Anderson, CEO

Stevie Anderson was born and raised in Louisiana. Being raised in the south taught Stevie the life lessons of staying rooted in his faith and living life lessons taught by his parents. Stevie earned scholarships in both track and football, however he pursued collegiate football at Grambling State University.  He was drafted into the National Football League and played for the Arizona Cardinals and New York Jets.  Stevie has since retired from the NFL and shares what he’s learned through life experiences through public speaking to youth organizations. After retiring from the NFL, Stevie worked as a product specialist.  Stevie is also pursuing the PGA Tour.  He plays competitive golf in PGA Tour Qualifiers and teaches golf.  Stevie hosts the Stevie Anderson Radio Show to motivate others and persevere through difficulties. Stevie’s commitment to his community has led him to host the annual “Gifts of Joy Children’s Toy Drive.”  It’s in giving back that we truly receive.

Gregory Pritchett, Vice President

Gregory Pritchett was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He is the husband of Linda Pritchett for 46 years, with 7 children, 16 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He has served as deacon and trustee for his church for over 40 years. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Marketing. His experiences include Editor and VP of “Keep the Ball Rolling” publication (basketball manual), Assistant Basketball Coach - Dyke College, Regional Sales Manager Grolier Publishing Company (Education Services Division), VP of Ross Printing Company for over 20 years, and currently President of M.B.S. Development Ministry. His passion is business development and motivational speaking. Mr. Pritchett served 5 years working with young adults with autism and provided mentoring classes in entrepreneurship at Lutheran East High School. Additionally, he has participated in charity golf tournaments for the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority and the United Black Fund for 5 years. His personal approach to life and business is to begin with the end in mind.

Lesley Green, CFO

Lesley Green is from Washingham, England but has resided in Cleveland, Ohio for many years. She is the mother of four children and the grandmother of seven. She is a Business Administrator and Accountant. She is the owner of LKB Administrative Services accounting firm and Business Administrator of Bates Business Consulting, LLC. Ms. Green is also the principal of a nonprofit - Faith Acts Ministries 508 “Faith without works is dead.” Ms. Green has traveled to Africa with her son to aid in orthopedic surgeries since 2014 and taught school to the locals. She has for over 20 years, aided in providing for many people in the Dominican Republic and other countries to service those in need. Ms. Green has rehabbed over 44 properties through In-Time Investments and Parkside Investments. She has been CEO for several entities that were placed in probate to manage and grow until released. Ms. Green has served on many boards, volunteered for 4 years as a teacher/mentor at Lutheran High School and served as a Christian Leader over the Youth Department of her church for 18 years. She was educated through The University of Texas, Sawyers Business College, Rockville University and the University of Phoenix. Her hobbies include writing, traveling, sewing, rehabbing, decorating and horseback riding.

Sonia Alves, Operations of International Affairs

Sonia Alves is a from the Federative Republic of Brazil and holds a Bachelors degree in Health Science and a Masters degree in Dental Science from the University of Connecticut. She attended the University of Pennsylvania, earning a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. She has worked as an Attending Dentist at the University of Medicine and Dentistry at the New Jersey University Hospital, the Hospital of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Winthrop University Hospital and the New York Presbyterian Hospital. Sonia Alves has also been an Assistant Professor of Oral Medicine at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine and the University of Detroit Mercy. She was Assistant Professor of Diagnostic Services at University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey Dental School. With over 36 years helping dental patients, Sonia Alves presently is an attending physician/dentist in South Florida.

Steve Lowrance, Sports Coordinator

Steve Lowrance, a seasoned flooring contractor with 35 years of experience, has been a cornerstone of the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, community. His extensive career in the flooring industry has earned him a reputation for excellence and reliability. In addition to his contracting work, Steve is an avid golfer with aspirations to join the PGA Champions Tour. His commitment to the sport reflects his passion and determination to excel in all his pursuits. Steve’s blend of professional expertise, military discipline, and athletic ambition makes him a respected figure in Myrtle Beach.

Latasha Wirtz, Community Outreach Coordinator

Latasha Wirtz, originally from Sevierville, Tennessee, has found her true calling in Montana. Her family’s pastoral influence played a significant role in shaping her faith journey, leading her, her husband and two children to Montana where her commitment to community outreach deepened. Latasha joined the Bible Study Fellowship as a children’s leader. Her passion for children’s development prompted her organizing story and craft time, with successful attendance to over 65 participants. Latasha is a Coordinator for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. Latasha participates in the PTA of Townsend School District and volunteers at the American Youth Soccer Organization, instilling principles of player development and good sportsmanship. She is President of the Broadwater Social Services Committee to address community concerns. Latasha’s journey is rooted in her parents’ example of leadership in sales and support of others. Latasha continues to carry forward their legacy in her work.

Angela Weathers, Chairman

Angela Weathers is a renowned professional basketball coach. Her excellence in the field made her a sensation in history. As a woman of color, she was the first woman to be a head coach and the first black woman to participate in the Trocal League. Coach Weathers was a successful professional and collegiate athlete. She has life and playing experiences as a World Champion in the FIBA and National Woman’s Basketball League. As a former professional athlete, she was inducted into the Southern Conference 2000’s All-Decade Women’s Basketball Team and named 25-year First Fitness Nutrition company’s first retired female professional endorsed athlete. Also, her other Professions are a Curriculum Developer and Grant Specialist.

Rickie Cartee, Administrative Services

Rickie Cartee is currently working as a residential contractor remodeling homes and building additions. After finishing high school, Mr. Cartee joined the army, where he spent four years in the Signal Corp. Once his service was complete, he moved back home to Charlotte, North Carolina and began a career as an insurance agent while also working in the construction industry. After working for 10 years, Mr. Cartee started his own construction business which he has been operating for over 30 years. He enjoys wood working and the satisfaction of seeing something come together that he created with his own hands. His favorite things to do are golfing and fishing, but his number one favorite is just spending time with his wife, Rachel.

Noah Ratliff, Young Professionals Coordinator

Noah Ratliff, hailing from the beautiful state of New Jersey, is a remarkable individual who excels in multiple facets of life. A devoted father and a talented football player, Noah proudly represents the University of Gramling State on the field.  Noah's journey in football began at the tender age of 5, and his passion for the sport has only grown stronger with time. With sheer determination, discipline, and countless hours of practice, he has honed his skills to become an exceptional player. Noah's commitment to his team and his unwavering work ethic have made him an invaluable asset to the university's football program. Beyond his exploits in football, Noah is also a successful entrepreneur. As the founder and owner of the clothing brand, Vicnayno, he has taken his creativity and business acumen to new heights. Through his brand, Noah strives to create fashionable, high-quality clothing that resonates with individuals seeking unique and stylish apparel. Despite his busy schedule as a father, student-athlete, and entrepreneur, Noah always manages to find a balance. He understands the importance of family and cherishes the time spent with his loved ones.
